We are monitoring the latest updates and advice from national and international health officials, as well as our government; and adapting the recommended practices into the company. As such, Jonas employees are now working from home to practice social distancing. As changes arise on COVID-19, we will continue to provide you with updates through email and on this page.

We strive to provide you with business continuity. As such, with previous experience in working from home, our teams understand the challenges that may arise, and we are working with our staff to ensure that they have what they need in order to support each other and your business.
All general support cases should continue to be logged through Jonas Connect.
If you have any emergencies (ie: system down), please call our support line.

Our consultants are still available to provide virtual training to your team
via WebEx. If your company cannot attend virtual trainings in place of
a schedule onsite visit, please speak with your project manager about

NOTICE OF
POSTPONEMENT
This message is to inform you that due to growing concerns regarding the spread of the Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19), and in light of the World Health Organization's announcement categorizing the virus as a pandemic, we have decided to postpone our annual customer conference, Connect 2020,
originally scheduled for May 6th to 8th.
We are planning on rescheduling the event for later this year,
assuming the effect of the virus subsides in North America.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience our decision has caused,
and hope it’s clear that while we’d love to see and engage with all our customers, we also need to provide our customers and staff with
a safe environment in which to learn.
FOR CUSTOMERS WHO ALREADY REGISTERED:
We encourage you to keep your registration open for use at the postponed event, however we do understand if you would like to be refunded the amount, or cancel your registrations.
If you wish to hold your registration,
no action is required on your part.
If you wish to cancel, please visit the conference webpage,
click the “Already Registered” link, located below the “Register Now” button and log in with your email and confirmation code.
Once logged into the Registration Confirmation page, click on the red 'Cancel Registration' button to complete your cancellation.
Hotel Reservation: If you have reserved a hotel room at Hotel Bonaventure, please remember to contact the hotel directly or call 1-800-267-2575 to cancel your reservation for a full refund.

please reach out to Ashley Pagliaro, our Director of Account Management at
Ashley.Pagliaro@jonasconstruction.com.
Please note that response time may be delayed.
Please stay tuned for future communications on the matter,

Take part in the conversation about Covid-19 with your peers!
We recognize that the Covid-19 Pandemic has brought in a new
normal, one which has its uncertainties.
With those uncertainties come questions. Questions like:
What are construction businesses doing in response to Covid-19?
Are other businesses feeling the effects of the economy?
What are your predictions for the Construction Industry as a whole?
To address this uncertainty, we have a created a dedicated
space in the Jonas Connect Forums where you can:
• Ask your questions, and answer others,
• talk to other Jonas customers, and
• put your questions out there, see what your
colleagues and competitors are saying.
At this point, the reality is that some
businesses are simply trying to survive.
We hope this Forum provides a place for our customers to share
their thoughts, opinions, and help each other through this
potentially harmful economic time.We are optimistic that the
Construction industry will get through this together.
Please click here to take part in the conversation in Jonas Connect.
Best Wishes,
Oren Falkovitz,
